On May 18, 2020, the Riverside Regional Jail Authority (RRJA) in Hopewell, Virginia released a request for proposals (RFP 875-20) seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive inmate health and mental health services to include on-site services, as well as off-site emergency, outpatient specialty, and inpatient hospitalization services. The RFP noted a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for June 10, 2020. Proposals are due by July 2, 2020. The contract is slated to begin on September 12, 2020.
