CityMD Acquires Urgent Care Now, Expands In New Jersey

On September 1, 2020, CityMD, an urgent care provider organization in the New York metropolitan area, announced the acquisition of Urgent Care Now, an urgent care provider organization in Ocean County, New Jersey. With the acquisition, CityMD has expanded its presence in New Jersey to 19 sites. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
