LHC Group To Acquire Santa Rita Hospice In Colorado

LHC Group announced plans to purchase Santa Rita Hospice in Aurora, Colorado. Santa Rita Hospice will operate under the At Home Hospice name in a shared space with At Home Healthcare, LHC Group’s home health provider organization in Aurora. Santa Rita’s average daily census is 15 residents. Financial terms were not disclosed.
