Humana expanded its Medicare Advantage value-based program portfolio by announcing the launch of two national programs on September 10, 2020. One is an episode-based model focused on coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The other is Humana’s first orthopedic payment program for total shoulder arthroplasty (also known as shoulder replacement).
