Fair Labor Standards Act: Observations On The Effects Of The Home Care Rule

The report was released on October 19, 2020, by the Government Accountability Office (GAO). The GAO analyzed the impact of the Department of Labor Home Care Rule on the home care workforce. For this analysis, the GAO reviewed national survey data on home care workers’ hours and wages for 2010 through 2019.
