ACF Unable To Locate Parents Of 545 Children Separated At U.S.-Mexico Border
The United States Administration of Children and Families (ACF) has not been able to contact the parents of 545 migrant children forcibly separated from their parents at the Mexican border as part of the federal “zero-tolerance” immigration policy in 2017 and 2018, according to a status report filed by court-appointed steering committee for the Ms. L v. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lawsuit.
