Under new agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) will take steps to ensure the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protections extend to parents with disabilities throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
