Feds Finalize Self-Referral & Anti-Kickback Statutes To Support Value-Based Arrangements

Starting January 19, 2021, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will implement changes to the Physician Self-Referral Law (the “Stark Law”) and Anti-Kickback statute. The rules provide greater flexibility for health care providers to participate in value-based arrangements and to provide coordinated care for patients.
