Oklahoma To Implement 20% One-Time Retroactive Rate Adjustment For Medicaid LTSS Waiver Provider Organizations

On December 3, 2020, the Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS) announced that it would make a one-time 20% retroactive rate adjustment to Medicaid waiver long-term services and supports (LTSS) provider organizations for beneficiaries with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and beneficiaries over age 65 with disabilities. OKDHS intends to issue the lump-sum payment in February 2021.
