LogistiCare Partners Creates Partnership Providing Rides For New Jersey Home Health Aides

LogistiCare is partnering with Care Finders Total Care, LLC in New Jersey and with Lyft to transport Care Finders’ certified home health aides to the homes of New Jersey Medicaid beneficiaries. LogistiCare is a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company. It contracts with the New Jersey Medicaid program to transport members to medical appointments.
