April 29, 2011 Fred Newman, chief executive officer of Interface EAP and Mike Hoffman of Arizona Benefit Plans, Inc., for St. JosephÂ’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, presented the outcomes of the Pharmacy Intervention Protocol (PIP) developed by Interface EAP. The presentation was given at the 23rd Annual EASNA Institute in April 2011.
