Medicaid MLTSS Linked To Higher HCBS Use For Duals In Florida & Medicaid-Only In Kansas
Dual eligibles in Florida and Medicaid-only beneficiaries in Kansas enrolled in Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) programs had higher use of home- and community-based services (HCBS) than a comparison group of beneficiaries in fee-for-service (FFS) LTSS systems in a nearby state.
