Four Winds Interactive & Poppulo Combine To Create A Global Employee Communications Technology

Four Winds Interactive, which offers digital signage and workplace experience software, and Poppulo, which offers email and mobile employee communication software, announced a definitive agreement to merge, forming a global employee communications company. The combination is backed by Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm focused on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger is slated to close in the second quarter of 2012.
