Green Shield Acquires Inkblot Technologies, Canadian Virtual Mental Health Platform

The Green Shield Canada (GSC) group of companies acquired Inkblot Technologies (Inkblot), a Canadian virtual mental health platform. The acquisition, was made through Green Shield Holdings Inc., a member of the GSC group of companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. Inkblot's current leadership team will continue to operate the business under the Inkblot brand, with Luke Vigeant remaining president.
