The Pennant Group, Inc., (Pennant) acquired Pasco Southwest Home Health, which provides home health and personal care services throughout Southwest Colorado, with offices in Grand Junction and Cortez. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Pennant’s footprint in Colorado.
