Massachusetts General Hospital Partners Will Pilot AstraZeneca Digital Care Management App For Asthma & Heart Failure
On April 6, 2021 AstraZeneca, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company, announced it is collaborating with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) to pilot a digital chronic care management platform to improve care management of asthma and heart failure. This collaboration is being led by the MGH Center for Innovation in Digital HealthCare (CIDH) who will use AstraZeneca’s new AMAZE™ disease management platform in studies for heart failure and asthma management.
