Walgreens & VillageMD Opened 46 Full-Service Primary Care Practices During Past Fiscal Year, & Planning For 35 More By End Of 2021

As of July 1, 2021, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. and VillageMD had opened 46 previously announced Village Medical at Walgreens pharmacy locations during the past fiscal year. They plan to open the next 35 locations by the end of calendar 2021, for a total of approximately 80 co-locations. On July 8, 2021, Walgreens and VillageMD announced plans to open 29 of the new locations in Texas. On July 23, 2021, Walgreens and VillageMD expanded to Northern Indiana with four new locations.
