Vie Style Creating Smart Earphones That Track & Analyze Mental State While Listening To Music

Vie Style is preparing to launch Vie Zone, smart earphones that can track and analyze biometric data indicative of the wearer’s mental state while listening to music. The earphones have an embedded electroencephalogram (EEG) technology called EAR2BRAIN to track brain waves and heart rate. The artificial intelligence (AI) system analyzes the data to give the wearers feedback about their focus levels during various tasks. Vie Style developed the Vie Zone earphones in collaboration with Tokyo University, KDDI, and NTT Data.
