Agape Care Expands In Georgia With Acquisition Of Integrity Hospice

South Carolina-based Agape Care Group acquired Integrity Hospice, based in Dublin Georgia. Financial terms were not disclosed. Integrity Hospice of Georgia will continue to operate under its current name and brand in the near term. With this acquisition, Agape Care, which opened its first Georgia location in February 2021, serves 72 Georgia counties, about 45% of the state.
