CitiusTech, which provides health care technology solutions and services, acquired SDLC Partners (SDLC), which provides technology transformation, consulting, and automation solutions to payer organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. SDLC services include member experience management, intelligent automation, data and analytics, and core applications. The acquisition also includes SDLC’s CyLumena cyber security business. 7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive buyside advisor to CitiusTech through the process.
