Rosecrance Central Illinois was awarded $8 million in grants by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA). Over the two-year grant period, the organization anticipates serving over 1,300 new consumers in Champaign and Winnebago counties in northern and central Illinois.
