Future Of Long-Term Care – Alternative Models Of Practice

November 04, 2021

What is the future of long-term care and the shifting landscape of care settings? There is a growing need to explore new models of care, such as social lead models, as we shift away from congregate care settings and encourage community settings. These future communities must consider the needs of individuals utilizing technology and innovations that support inter-dependence and allow for the development and sustainability of social connections. This Circle Elite Executive Roundtable will cover alternative long-term care models such as the Green House Homes, Kallimos, and Graduated Hope Communities and what is needed to support them including legislation, reimbursement, environment, and more.

Executive attendees will learn:

  • Alternative models in long-term care
  • Technology and innovations in long-term care
  • How to develop and sustain these new models of care
