Amazon To Expand Amazon Care Virtual & In-Home Medical Care To Four U.S. Cities

Amazon is planning to expand Amazon Care, a hybrid virtual care platform plus in-home care, to employers in four large U.S. cities during 2021. By 2022, It plans to expand Amazon Care to employers in 20 cities. Amazon has not named the expansion locations. Previously, Amazon Care was available only to Amazon employees in Washington state. Amazon Care provides primary care and urgent care services. Consumers can access preventive services such as vaccinations and health screenings; wellness services such as nutrition, pre-pregnancy planning, and tobacco cessation.
