Sevita Acquires New Directions Inc., Adds 14 New Residential Programs In Minnesota

Sevita (formerly operating under The MENTOR Network brand), a leading national provider of community-based health care and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), today announced the acquisition of Minnesota-based New Directions Inc. (New Directions). With this acquisition, Sevita expands its community-based services for people with I/DD in Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, and Anoka counties. The deal adds 14 new residential programs to Sevita’s continuum of care offerings in Minnesota. Financial terms were not disclosed.
