Delic Acquires Ketamine Wellness Centers, Creating A 12-Facility Psychedelic Wellness Chain

On September 20, 2021, Delic Holdings Corp. (previously Delic Holdings Inc.), a psychedelic wellness platform, announced it had entered into a binding merger agreement with Ketamine Wellness Centers Arizona, LLC (KWC). The acquisition is valued at $10 million. Delic currently owns two clinics operated by Ketamine Infusion Centers (KIC) in California and Arizona. KWC operates 10 ketamine infusion treatment clinics, across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, and Washington.

KWC was founded in 2015. Since its inception, KWC has administered over 60,000 ketamine infusion treatments, and currently administers about 10,000 treatments annually, mostly for mood or depression . . .
