Highmark Selects Ria Health For Alcohol Use-Specific Telehealth Services

Highmark has selected Ria Health to provide telehealth treatment for alcohol use disorder for its members. The Ria Health service is available to Highmark members living in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Highmark members covered by other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans may be able to access Ria Health through use of Blue Card access. Highmark members can access Ria Health directly with no referral needed no prior authorization or concurrent review requirement. The contract was effective in May 2021.
