The National Alliance on Mental Illness Greater Los Angeles County (NAMI GLAC) started two-year grant-funded contract with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) to launch the Licensed Adult Residential Care Association (LARCA). The new entity will advocate and increase survivability for operators of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) in the county.
