On October 22, 2021, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) submitted an amendment to its Medicaid Substance Abuse Treatment Waiver demonstration to adjust budget neutrality projections. The demonstration waiver was approved on September 24, 2019 and went live on October 1, 2019.
