BayMark Acquires Two Pennsylvania Opioid Addiction Treatment Programs

BayMark Health Services acquired Polaris Renewal Services in Western Pennsylvania, which operates two opioid treatment programs (OTPs) for adults, one in Perryopolis and the other in Lemont Furnace. Financial terms were not disclosed. The two locations will join the BayMark Health Services family as part of its MedMark Treatment Centers brand joining three existing MedMark OTPs in Pennsylvania.

Polaris has been providing medication assisted treatment for more than 15 years. Its program includes outpatient methadone maintenance and detoxification services combined with addiction counseling and behavioral therapies.
