Upward Health expanded its partnership with Seven Hills Foundation to provide in-home medical primary medical care integrated with behavioral health to Seven Hills residents statewide in Massachusetts. Seven Hills Foundation provides 24/7 residential supports for adults with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD). Upward Health began to provide services to Seven Hills Foundation residents during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency.
