OPEN MINDS Ken Carr To Present With Performance Management, Timing Is Everything—Acting Before It Is Too Late, An OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Executive Roundtable On January 20
Gettysburg, Pa. (January 9, 2022) – OPEN MINDS will host a Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, With Performance Management, Timing Is Everything—Acting Before It Is Too Late, on Thursday, January 20, at 1:00 pm ET. Ken Carr, OPEN MINDS Senior Associate, will discuss the topic of financial assessment for organizational sustainability in the health and human services market with Ray Wolfe, J.D., fellow OPEN MINDS Senior Associate.
“The impact of the pandemic, along with accelerating changes in technology, consumer preferences, and payer reimbursement methodologies has altered the business model for specialty provider organizations,” noted OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss. “Now is the time to complete a financial performance assessment and identify innovative strategies for sustainability and competitive advantage in this changing services market.”
The one-hour session will identify the most common financial performance issues. During the discussion, Carr and Wolfe will review specific metrics to determine financial performance vulnerabilities as well as short and long-term strategies for sustainability. Executive leader attendees will gain knowledge to prepare their organizations for the short and long term, when COVID related funding is no longer available to provide additional cash flow and developmental support.
