On January 10, 2022, New York’s MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc. in New York issued a request for proposals (RFP 1057) seeking a contractor to provide care management services under a risk-based model for a minimum of 5,000 high cost MetroPlus Medicaid (non-dual) adult members. Proposals are due by March 14, 2022. The contract is slated to start September 1, 2022, and run for three years, followed by two one-year renewal options.

The services would be for Medicaid members, including those with serious mental illness (SMI) or addiction disorder enrolled in a Health and Recovery Plan . . .
