Colorado House Bill 21-1258 Rapid Mental Health Response for Colorado Youth was signed into law on June 18, 2021. It reimburses provider organizations for delivering up to three mental health or addiction treatment visits to respond to youth’s identified mental health needs, including those that resulted from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic or pandemic response.
