In January and February 2022, Foresight Mental Health launched services in nine states: Arizona, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. It now has operations in 25 states, and offers telehealth services in these states.

Six Michigan offices were announced on January 11, 2022—Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing. Also on January 11, 2022, new offices in Missouri and Pennsylvania were announced. The Missouri offices are located in Columbia, Independence, Kansas City, and Lee’s Summit. The Pennsylvania offices are located in Allentown, Bethlehem, Erie, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Scranton.
