On February 22, 2022, Highmark Health launched a new virtual care program called Well360 Diabetes Management for its adult members with type 2 diabetes. Participants in the program are provided with a smart glucose monitor or other glucose monitoring supplies, a care coordinator, and virtual access to specialist clinical professionals. The new program is powered by Onduo, a Verily company. The program is fully virtual, accessible on demand from anywhere on any connected device, and is available at no cost to the member.
