Recommendations Released For Improving Juvenile Court Systems

Many states do not provide adequate resources to guide juvenile court judges in making informed decisions about delinquency cases, according to an analysis by The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ). After conducting a national review of juvenile courts, the CSJ Justice Center and the NCJFCJ released a set of recommendations intended to improve outcomes for youth and families involved with the juvenile court system.
