Recommendations Released For Improving Juvenile Court Systems

Many states do not provide adequate resources to guide juvenile court judges in making informed decisions about delinquency cases, according to an analysis by The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ).
