Los Angeles County To Make Process Changes To Reduce Unsheltered Homelessness In Three Years

On May 19, 2022, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) announced it intended to make process changes to reduce unsheltered homelessness in Los Angeles County over the next three years. The goal is to accelerate people’s movement from shelter to permanent housing and continuously place unsheltered people experiencing homelessness in the newly available shelter beds.
