Adults with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) who were treated via telehealth had similar outcomes as those shown in previous studies in adults with OCD who received in-office therapy. The telehealth therapy consisted of twice-weekly, live, face-to-face video exposure and response prevention (ERP) teletherapy for three weeks, followed by six weeks of once-weekly brief video teletherapy check-ins for 30 minutes. About 62.9% of those who received telehealth treatment had a treatment response (at least a 35% reduction in OCD symptoms), and across all participants, OCD symptoms were reduced by a mean of 43.4 . . .
