Delaware Medicaid Proposes Adding New Long-Term Care Options
On July 6, 2022, the Delaware Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) submitted a proposed 1115 Medicaid waiver amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to add two new long-term care options to the state Medicaid managed care program. In addition to the long-term care options, the Diamond State Health Plan (DSHP) waiver amendment would add a three more new benefits.
