State Report Card On Child Homelessness: America’s Youngest Outcasts 2010

December 15, 2011 Researchers representing The National Center on Family Homelessness update the numbers of homeless children all across America in this report from December 2011. Ranking each state in four domains and then developing a composite of these domains from 1 (best) to 50 (worst), they use their findings from sources that have secure national data sets as well from their own research.
