Jessica Fenchel, MA, SVP & COO, Access Services
Jessica Fenchel has been a transformative leader at Access Services for over 10 years, where she has helped launch and grow innovative programs across crisis services, forensics, schools, and homelessness. With a deep belief that help should be helpful and that people deserve our best, Jess has led cross-sector collaborations that integrate behavioral and physical health systems and has pioneered new models of partnership between law enforcement and crisis systems—contributing to reduced arrests for individuals in mental health crisis.
She holds degrees from Messiah College and LaSalle University, with additional training in Applied Behavior Analysis, Nonprofit Management, and Trauma Recovery. Jess currently serves as President of the MAX Association Board, Secretary of the NAMI Montgomery County Board, and as a member of the Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Council. A respected trainer and advocate statewide, Jess is also a loyal Buffalo Bills fan and enjoys time outdoors with her husband, three kids, and dog.

Jon Schafer, Director of Client Success - AI, NetsmartWith over 17 years of experience in medical and behavioral health software, Jon originally joined Remarkable Health to establish the Customer Support Team, focusing on the daily success of the existing customer base. He eventually transitioned to the Growth Team as a Solutions Engineer, leveraging his deep expertise in the EHR to demonstrate product capabilities, guide product enhancements with the Product and Engineering teams, and support sales efforts for both new and existing customers. Now, as Director of Client Success – AI at Netsmart, Jon plays a pivotal role in helping organizations harness artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and empower staff. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.

Tricia Zerger, MA , Senior Director, Human Services Strategy, Netsmart
As Senior Director of Human Services Strategy, Tricia Zerger works closely with the clinical, development and product teams to ensure all Netsmart technology and services align with client and market needs. This allows clients across the human services community to thrive in emerging models of care, like value-based reimbursement. She also advances Netsmart thought leadership promoting addiction treatment, autism, behavioral health, child and family services, foster care, I/DD, and other human services markets, as well as oversees the Child and Family Advisory Council.
An active participant in advancing healthcare technology since 2003, Tricia’s career at Netsmart began in 2014. Over her tenure, she has held a variety of roles in areas such as solutions consulting, CareGuidance strategist, marketing, and specialty markets. Tricia holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. She serves as one of the Netsmart Certified Mental Health First Aid Certified Trainer. Netsmart has certified 1,000 associates in various locations across the country, with a goal of 100% certification. Tricia is certified trainer of QPR (Question. Persuade. Refer) industry-leading approach to suicide prevention. She is helping Netsmart associates feel empowered to effectively intervene on behalf of suicidal and in-crisis people.
