27 More Health Systems Join Apple Health Records Platform

Within months of Apple launching the beta version of its health records platform, 27 additional health care provider organizations are using the platform. To date, Apple’s health records platform has almost 40 health systems utilizing it via its iPhone app.

Included among the new participants to the health records platform are Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Adventist Health System, and Stanford Medicine. Several of the participating provider organizations have praised the app’s ability to grant easy health record access to consumers.
