Acadia Healthcare To Acquire Adventist Health Vallejo Behavioral Health Services

Acadia Healthcare signed a definitive agreement with Adventist Health Vallejo to purchase the hospital and its behavioral health services. Acadia Healthcare intends to retain current staff and associates. Financial terms were not disclosed.
