Ambience Healthcare, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform, raised $243 million in a Series C round to scale its AI platform for health systems. The round was co-led by Oak HC/FT and Andreessen Horowitz (also known as a16z), with participation from existing investors including the OpenAI Startup Fund, Kleiner Perkins, and Optum Ventures. New investors in the round include Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, Smash Capital, Georgian, and Founders Circle Capital.;
