American Hospital Association Launches Center For Health Innovation
The American Hospital Association (AHA) recently announced it is launching a center for health innovation. The center is expected to launch this September, when it will begin assisting hospitals with creating a more proactive approach to health policy.
Specifically, the center will focus on the following six areas:
Affordability and value
Performance improvement
Innovation capacity
Emerging issues
Population health
New payment and delivery models
