The West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation announced that it received a $30,000 grant from Amerigroup Tennessee for emergency housing needs for adults and families who are homeless due to mental illness, addiction disorder, or physical disabilities. This grant will provide services for people in the 20-county area in rural West Tennessee that The Foundation serves. Adults and families are referred to the program by a trained case worker through Pathways Behavioral Health Services or Tennessee Homeless Solutions.
