Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT), an operating affiliate of the The VersiCare Group and partner company of Seven Hills Capital (Seven Hills), acquired Jones Therapy Services. Jones Therapy provides speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other services throughout Tennessee. Financial terms were not disclosed.
