Assort Health Unveils ‘Referrals,’ An AI Agent That Handles Processing, Triage & Continuous Consumer Conversations For Every Referral

Assort Health announced the general availability of Referrals, an artificial intelligence (AI) agent that processes incoming referrals for specialty practices and health systems. It checks consumer eligibility, matches consumers with suitable provider organizations, contacts consumers by voice, text, or email, and can book appointments directly in the electronic health record (EHR). Financial terms were not disclosed.
