AstraZeneca Healthcare Foundation Awards Seven U.S. Non-Profit Organizations More Than $900,000 To Improve Heart Health & Advance Health Equity
The AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation has awarded seven community-based non-profit organizations $954,311 in grants across seven U.S. states to fund programs that address cardiovascular disease. The grants are part of the Foundation’s signature Connections for Cardiovascular Health (CCH) Next Generation program, now in its second year, which aims to improve heart health in the U.S., particularly among historically disregarded and underserved populations, through tailored approaches that best meet the needs of local communities.
