Atlanta, Georgia-based Aveanna Healthcare’s agreement to acquire the home health care division of Maxim Healthcare Services—for a reported $1.25 billion—has officially been terminated. The termination of the proposed acquisition follows an investigation that was conducted by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
